PadPak Compact - Paper cushioning system

The PadPak Compact is the solution to pack and protect smaller scaled items right at the packer’s workstation.

The thinner cushioning pads can perfectly be used to cushion or block and brace your products in a box and are an economical option for products packed in small and medium size boxes where the standard width pad may be too bulky. The pad is very flexible in usage and offers many opportunities for efficient packaging. No bin-filling and internal transportation time is needed anymore. The material is produced exactly at the place where it is needed!

Compact

Due to the small footprint of the machine, the system can be placed on the workstation or at a floor stand right next to the workstation.

Small paper units

The system works with small rolls/packs of 38.5 cm. This offers opportunities for economic packaging. Pack creative and smart with the small pads to save money in packaging costs!! Our packaging engineering department can assist in determining the most efficient and economic way of packaging without concessions to the quality. 

Separate remote control

The machine will be delivered with a separate remote control for a custom friendly and flexible control of the machine.

Versatile

The machine goes with 1 or 2 layer paper units and offers therefore a solution to pack light and heavy products.

Multiple operation modes

The operator can select in which mode he would like to work: determine the length of the packing material manually by foot pedal, work in EDS mode (a next pad of an equal length will be produced as soon as the operator takes one pad out), or pre produce the pads through the automatic mode.
