PadPak LC - paper cushioning system

The PadPak LC is the fastest paper cushioning system on the market, designed for maximum box throughput. High speed and economical, it is ideal for protecting light or fragile pre-packed products in transit, and therefore popular in industries such as electronics and cosmetics.

The converter forms 1 layer paper into a lightweight yet sturdy cushioning pad which can be used to protect manually packed products in a shipping box ensuring damage free storage or arrival at its end destination.

1 ply paper solution

The machine creates a cushioning pad out of 1 layer 70 or 90 grams paper. The high protective quality of the paper pad produced by only 1 layer paper makes it a very economical system
 

User friendly interface

The language on the display can be selected out of 9 languages, in order that the packer can navigate through the menu in his own language.

Adjustable machine

Machine can be tilted and rotated, to integrate ideal in the packing environment

Adjustable speed

The packer can install the speed of the machine out of 3 levels to choose the most convenient one

Multiple operation modes

The operator can select in which mode he would like to work: determine the length of the packing material manually by foot pedal, work in EDS mode (a next pad of an equal length will be produced as soon as the operator takes one pad out), or pre produce the pads through the automatic mode
