PadPak upside down at table

This integration is meant to be placed at a packaging table. The outlet of the machine is just above the packing table. This solution is ideal for those customers where it is not possible to integrate the machine under the table. This is also an easy solution for existing packing tables. Back side of the converter is used as gluing plate and is equipped with an end of paper detection. Integration comes with a roller cart.

PadPak under existing table

This solution uses existing packing tables. The PadPak machine is placed on a special developed roller cart. This integration comes with a guiding rail that should be mounted under the existing packing table. The height of the machine can be adjusted very precisely in order to make the two work perfectly together. Please note that an outlet in the table has to be made in order for the packer to take out the pads.

This packing table allows a packer to easily exchange rolls of paper by pulling out the converter from under the table. The table itself has a guiding rail to assure that the outlet of the converter is always exactly placed under the hole in the table.

PadPak packing table with fixed machine

This packing table has an integrated machine. Where there is no space to roll a machine out of the table, this is the perfect solution. Please keep in mind that the table has to be lifted up in order to reach the machine itself. On request it is possible to get a gluing plate for this type of packing table.

PadPak Table Top

A PadPak table top is the entrance model for the packing table assortment of Ranpak. Table and machine are attached to each other and this table top is on wheels. It can be moved around freely if necessary. To insert a new roll of paper the table itself can be lifted up in order to reach the machine itself.

PadPak C-stand

This integration makes it possible to place a Senior machine over an existing conveyor line. The machine is placed quite high in the air, therefore loading a new PadPak roll would be difficult and dangerous. For this reason this integration is standardly equipped with a gluing plate in combination with an end of paper detection and a roller cart that works seamlessly together with the gluing plate.
