Accufill is the solution for controlling material cost
in high volume packing operations.

The Accufill consist of an in-line measurement system which determines the exact amount of empty space in a shipping box. It then signals the FillPak converter  to dispense the optimum amount of paper needed to fill up the empty space in that specific box, processing up to 10 boxes per minute. The products will be protected during shipment and arrive at their end destination damage-free.

Optimizing the amount of filling material needed becomes more crucial in high volume packing operations and Accufill can contribute to controlling cost in this process. The Accufill has already proven successful in the e-commerce, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and 3PL industries.
