If a truck arrives on an other than the (with our customer) agreed day, additional waiting time can occur without any right of financial compensation by Ranpak.

To meet the demand we stipulate that the driver of the transport must report in person to our expedition by 03.30pm at the latest. Drivers who report after 03.30pm might not be enabled to load or unload the same day anymore but will be asked to return the next day. We will do our utmost to handle the arriving trucks as soon as possible and drivers that report to our department before 03.30pm are guaranteed to be able to load or unload the same day.
