Objective: Use the Fillpak converter for void filling and also overcome the distance to the packers.
Solution: Use a special construction with the paper stacks behind the conveyor and the head above the conveyor. The outlet of the Fillpak head is directly over the cartons so using the Fillpak paper is very easy.For initial paper loading and for maintenance the head can be tilted.

Objective: Packers will use Fillpak paper while they are standing in a forklift truck. A regular foot pedal with cable is not sufficient.
Solution: Use infra red controlled foot pedals to use the Fillpak converters. To save space a pallet of paper can be placed within the construction.

Solution: Place Fillpak head over the top conveyor. Under this conveyor a drawer is mounted to hold the paper stacks. The paper is guided behind the conveyor towards the Fillpak head. A end-of-paper stops the Fillpak before the paper stacks are ended. By pulling the drawer and gluing the new paper stacks the Fillpak can easily be refilled with paper.

Objective: Place a Fillpak TT converter without interfering the packing process.
Solution: Use an arm to overcome the distance of the conveyor. The Fillpak TT outlet is now directly above the cartons. The construction will not disturb the packer.

AccuFill System Integrations
/ View / Download pdf Objective: Use of Fillpak converter with AccuFill with new conveyor and taper, within the existing lay-out with best possible system efficiency.
Solution: Installation of FillPak with AccuFill and conveyor with Ranpak control. By Ranpak designed conveyor solution starts with 2 buffer segments directly after customers conveyor supply belt. Than 2 small belt segments take care of box transport one by one the AccuFill measuring unit. At the packing place with the FillPak a tape-machine is installed to tape closed boxes in the same working cycle.Capacity 8-10 boxes/min.

Solution: The AccuFill has been placed over the existing conveyor with special stand through the main middle conveyor line. When a measured box arrives at the void filling position, the Fillpak generates the correct paper amount automatically. A filled box is pushed on to the middle conveyor which goes to an automatic box closing and taping unit further down the lineCapacity 8-11 boxes/min.
