Excellent cushioning performance created by a multi-ply paper pad
The PadPak Senior is an extremely versatile 2/3 ply paper packaging system that can accommodate all in-the-box packaging needs and applications from cushioning to wrapping, blocking & bracing.
The PadPak system converts multi-ply kraft paper into cushioning pads to protect your products. Inside the converter, the paper layers are crimped together, trapping air inside the layers to form a cushioning pad. The pads can be produced on demand, or automatically be preproduced in a bin.
The system is supplied with a handy remote control clearly showing information on all machine functions, settings and control possibilities. The converter can be used in vertical or horizontal position.
