We are looking for a fulltime Product Manager Voidfill to join our Marketing department. As a product manager you play a pivotal role within the organization. You will be the liason between Marketing, Sales and Engineering.

Responsibility:
Management of the Voidfill product line, from concept until end-of-life, from a product development and commercial point of view.

Main tasks:

• Initiation and coordination of product changes and new product development.
• Coordination of new product introduction.
• Responsible for the positioning of the products.
• First point of contact for all the non-incidental product line related issues.
• Monitoring competition and updating competitive information.
• Tracking of product line performance, based on analysis of CRM data, sales data and market information.
• Communication of product/market related information to the sales force, Distributors and BV management.
• Development and implementation of marketing tools to support the sales force in their process.
• End responsibility for the content of the marketing communication materials.
• Support of Ranpak's sales force by customer presentations, acting as the product expert.
• Present our Marketing Plan to Distributors/new AM\'s.
• Attend at the weekly Staff, ECN and monthly Global Marketing Meeting, acting as the product expert.

Profile

• HBO or academic education.
• Experience in marketing/product management (3yrs+).
• Should fit in young, open and dynamic marketing team.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong in communication and convincing.
• Good presentation and authoring skills.
• Willing to travel abroad.
• Fluent in English, preferably mastering German and/or French.
• Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience in management/reporting software is a pre.
