FillPak converts 30 inch kraft paper into a PaperStar configuration for fast, efficient top and side void fill.
Everything from the shape of the PaperStar, to the height of the machine, to its speed and operation has been designed to maximize throughput and minimize cost in a high-speed void fill operation.
Single-ply fanfolded kraft paper allows the system to operate at extremely fast speeds, with virtually no ramp up time. The unique pack design allows 5 packs, or potentially a day's production - to be stacked, taped together, and converted for maximum packing time and throughput.
